estoy grabando", pero luego dejó de reír, se amoscó, decayó, se puso serio
y bajó la cabeza...

The video doesnt have audio so I think that she is giving him instructions, I dont think hi is in the middle of an important conversation, it's because she is giving him instruction how to behave for her next IG video, we don't see Tom conversing, Tom is relaxed because Bill is there. I love when they are together
